DREADFUL 2 is HERE!!

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Are you looking for more Dread scenarios?  Last Halloween, we released DREADFUL, a bundle of 3 campaigns for Dread inspired by classic horror tropes and tales and we decided to do the same thing this year!  DREADFUL’s second volume is now available here on Itch.io and on DTRPG for all your spooky game night needs.  Just like the first volume, DREADFUL: Halloween has full color images, aesthetically pleasing layouts, easy-print character questionnaires, and an easy-to-navigate narrative structure to help you guide your games in a way that facilitates a ton of improv and rolling with whatever your PCs can come up with.

Each game has its own theme and horrors just the like the first volume, and represents different aspects of Halloween folklore.  Mischief Night is about the dying New England tradition of raising hell and pulling pranks the night before Halloween.  Suburban teens decide to stick it to their overbearing parents and their continuous efforts to suck all the fun out of Halloween.  Hijinks and mayhem are certainly on the table, but the potential for things to get out of hand is high.  Someone could get hurt, afterall.  Like Fire in the Veins is a visceral body-horror extravaganza.  A virulent evil transforms a sleepy, isolated farm town into a nest of blighted hellbeasts out for blood and the corruption is only spreading.  A group of survivors must avoid a bloody death and avoid becoming carriers themselves if they hope to escape to real safety.  Finally, The Face of Chaos pits down-on-their-luck PCs against an ancient force residing in an innocuous Halloween mask.  It has the power to solve all of their problems but it leaves a wake of destruction, violence, and brutality in its wake just as sure as it steadily corrupts the wearer themselves.  Be sure to check it out, especially if you enjoyed the first Dreadful!
